Cookie Policy
Last updated September 24, 2026. The short version: the only cookies this site sets are for Google Analytics, and only after you allow them on the banner.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember you between pages or visits. They are how most sites run analytics, advertising, and logins.
What this site uses
Google Analytics, only with consent
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics. Until you choose "Allow analytics", no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets the following first-party cookies:
- _ga: a random identifier that distinguishes one browser from another. Lasts 2 years.
- _ga_29RNEL16MB: keeps track of your current visit. Lasts 2 years.
We use the data to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. IP addresses are anonymized and Google's advertising features are turned off.
Your choice
Your answer to the banner is stored in your browser's local storage under one key, so the banner does not appear on every visit. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will ask again. Declining does not change how the site works.
Things that are not cookies but are worth knowing
- Hosting. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may set a technical cookie on some responses for load balancing and security. We do not read it and it is not used to track you. Netlify's cookie policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
- Booking. The "book a call" buttons open Cal.com in a new tab. Cal.com is a separate website with its own cookies and its own policy at cal.com/privacy.
- Fonts and video. The typefaces and the background video are served from this site, not from Google Fonts or a video platform.
If this changes
If we add any other tool that sets cookies, we will update this page and the banner, and describe exactly what is set and why.
