Terms of Use

Last updated September 24, 2026. These terms cover your use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Using this site

By using trichomedigital.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may browse the site and use its contact and booking features for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Information on this site

We work to keep the site accurate, but everything on it is provided for general information and is not professional advice. Case studies describe work we performed and are accurate to our knowledge at the time of writing; where a project is in progress or not yet launched, the page says so. Demonstrations on the home page are illustrative and labelled as such. Statistics we publish state their source, date, and sample. None of this is a promise of results for your business, which depend on factors we do not control.

Pricing

Prices shown on the pricing page are starting points for the packages described and may change. The estimator produces an estimate, not a quote. Any work we agree to do is priced and scoped in a written proposal, and that document, not this site, governs the engagement.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, logo, and images on this site belong to Trichome Digital or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Screenshots of client websites appear with the permission of those clients and remain their property. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You may link to any page of this site. You may not copy or reuse its content without written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.

Third-party services

Booking links open Cal.com, and links in case studies go to client websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the site itself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trichome Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Refunds

This site does not sell anything and takes no payments, so there is nothing to refund here. Payment terms, deposits, and what happens if a project is cancelled are set out in each client's written agreement. Our standard terms are: fixed-price projects are billed 50 percent at the start and 50 percent at launch, unless the agreement sets out an installment schedule; the initial deposit covers work already performed and is not refundable once work has begun; monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice and are not refunded for the current month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
